  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We accept a couple different payment options for your convenience. 


    Payment Method 1: Cash at the door.


    Payment Method 2: Pay Online At Checkout: (ACH Bank Payment) 3.5% fee.

  • Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?

    Recreational: Customer 21+ may purchase up to 28.5 grams of non-concentrated cannabis, 8 grams of concentrated cannabis (includes concentrated cannabis contained in cannabis products) in one day.


    Medical: Patients 18+ with valid medical ID may purchase up to 8 ounces of dried cannabis and greater than 8 grams of concentrated cannabis in one day.

  • How fast will I get my order?

    We provide friendly and discreet same day delivery to all of our family in the greater Sacramento and surrounding areas. We strive to complete all deliveries within 1-3 hours, sometimes even faster and provide live updates to your cell phone so you can track your order. We do ask for a little grace because…people drive crazy out there!

  • How old do I have to be to order?

    Recreational Sales: 21+  with a valid government-issued ID. Registration and is fast and easy right on our website.


    Medical Sales: 18+ with a valid Medical Marijuana recommendation and valid state-issued ID can become a member of the Fiori family. If you need a medical recommendation, you can visit our partner here: Sign Up For Medical Card for same day verification.

  • Is Fiori Delivery licensed?

    Yes! We are fully compliant & licensed in the State of California for both Recreational and Medical Sales. C9-0000349-LIC

  • May I tip the driver?

    Tips are greatly appreciated buy our drivers, but not required. Our drivers keep 100% of their tips. Our team works hard to provide you with five star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute.

  • Do you charge tax?

    Yes. Pursuant to California law, we charge taxes on all cannabis purchases. There is a cannabis excise tax in addition to sales tax. Trust us…we dont like it either… 

  • Can I use more than one discount code per order?

    As it turns out, our system we can only accept one promo code per order. Not to worry, you can still use your Fiori Points along with your promo codes.

  • Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

    Yes, ordering with Fiori is easy to do time and time again. Fill up your shopping cart and you’ll be prompted to create an account during checkout. When you come back to order cannabis delivery again, just login and all your account details will be saved. 

  • Can I place an order in advance?

    Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. For all order placed a day in advance, use promo code: “PREORDER5” at checkout.

  • If I am visiting from out of state or just moved to California, do I qualify to order?

    Yes! Any individual with a valid, government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 or older may order.Please keep in mind, we are unable accept any medical patients without a California state ID.

  • What if I receive a defective product or if I am unhappy with my purchase? Is there any recourse?

    We want you to love with your products, if you feel as if a product is defective or if something just isn’t right, let us know! One of our Fiori team members will do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied.

  • Can I call or text for support?

    Give us a call or text at (916) 827-9797 and speak with a Fiori team member. 

  • Is someone else allowed to receive my delivery?

    As it turns out, by law, we must ensure all delivered are recieved by the person who placed the order. Our drivers will request your ID at the time of delivery. If at the time of the delivery the person who ordered is not availabe when the driver arrives, we must cancel your order.

  • Where can I receive my order?

    You can recieve your order just about anywhere! Here are a few of the exceptions: Unviversities, Child Care Centers, National Parks, State Parks and other Government property.
